About This Event
Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas the Musical is a festive, family‑oriented stage adaptation of the beloved Dr. Seuss tale that brings the Grinch’s Christmas Eve antics to life with song and spectacle. It is staged at the James M. Nederlander Theatre in Chicago, a historic venue that opened in 1926 as the Oriental Theatre and is renowned for its immersive, complete-theatre experience. The production stands out as a notable addition to Chicago’s holiday‑season performing arts offerings, leveraging the venue’s storied heritage to tell a timeless Whoville story.
